Only after you confirm the samples are correct and provide written confirmation will we formally arrange mass production, ensuring the final products are fully consistent with the samples with unified quality and no deviation.

Upon confirmation of samples, receipt of the order and advance payment, we will clearly define and confirm the production lead time in writing based on production scheduling, raw material procurement and packaging production cycle.

The lead time covers the entire process including raw material preparation, packaging production, processing and filling, quality inspection, finished product warehousing, etc., ensuring clear time planning and controllable production progress.

Upon mutual agreement on all terms including customization requirements, quotation, samples, delivery date, quality standards and other details, both parties shall sign a formal OEM/ODM Contract for Entrusted Processing.

The contract shall explicitly stipulate core contents such as product specifications, quantity, price, delivery date, quality requirements, payment terms, liability for breach of contract, ownership of intellectual property rights, etc.

After the contract is signed and the advance payment is received, the factory will commence large-scale bulk production strictly in accordance with the samples, formula and technical standards confirmed by both parties.
